We get it, things happen

The Details

Your salon appointments are very important to us at Joe Bae Salon.

We appreciate and value our clients and we reserve appointment times especially for you so we can provide the dedicated service and attention you deserve. We understand that life can be unpredictable, though, and that sometimes cancellations are necessary. When this happens, we ask that you give us as much advanced notice as you reasonably can so that we can make the time available to our other clients.

Please understand that a forgotten appointment or last-minute cancellation means the salon loses out on the opportunity to fill the appointment time. Clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services and, if the stylist is unable to fill the time, the stylist misses out on the opportunity to earn income.

To help avoid missed appointments and last minute cancellations, Joe Bae Salon confirms appointments by text message approximately 72 hours in advance of the scheduled time. Please take advantage of this notice to consider whether a cancellation is necessary. The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can reschedule your appointment and the more likely it is that the time can be used to provide services to another client.

The Policy

To uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clientele, a 75% service charge is applied to appointments rescheduled or canceled within less than 48 hours’ notice. We respectfully request that appointments be rescheduled or canceled online or via phone with more than a 48-hour notice to avoid incurring this fee. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to assist you in realizing your beauty aspirations. We appreciate you taking the time to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy and hope you understand how it allows us to provide our clients with the highest level of service and availability and our stylists with a rewarding work environment.

Yours truly,
Joe Bae
